Refund policy
I aim to include as much information on each product to help with your decision to purchase so you know exactly what you are getting. We don’t do exchange or change of mind returns.
In the unlikely event you aren’t satisfied on how your item arrived. I can help sort a replacement if damaged in transit through Australia Post. Please email me at floandcotrading@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Communication is the key so if you aren’t completely happy with your product please let me know. If a refund or partial refunded is needed, it will be less postage costs and processing fees.
